LAIRD TECHNOLOGIES JOINS TEXAS INSTRUMENT'S LOW POWER RF DEVELOPERS NETWORK
Relationship Provides Texas Instrument's Customers Access to Silicon Solutions plus RF Design Experience

Laird Technologies, Inc., a global leader of critical components and systems for advanced electronics and wireless products, today announced the joint venture between Laird Technologies and Texas Instruments (TI). This network allows Laird Technologies to be listed on TI's website as an official provider of modules and design services utilizing TI's silicon.
This relationship is beneficial to both companies because it allows Laird Technologies to be treated as a strategic customer, therefore permitted access to early adopter information from TI's Design Teams. This helps Laird Technologies develop products faster and provide the best solutions for its customers.
The relationship also benefits Texas Instruments because the company's end customers that are looking to develop or use TI's silicon solutions but do not have the RF design experience or in-house capabilities, will typically check into the third party program to see what type of solutions will meet their needs. Texas Instruments can then retain the customer using Laird Technologies' RF design experience.
